We are very picky about the homes we add to our portfolio. We visit every home in person and accept only the top 3% of applicants. We look for character, comfort and style.
The longer you stay, the less you pay
Save 20%+ (compared to travel agents rates) on your direct booking stay starting from night 21 up to night 42.
Personalised to perfection
We want you to feel at home, so we will do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We can arrange for a private chef, a personal trainer, a nanny or a driver. We can also stock the fridge with your favorite foods and drinks.
Full flexibility
We know that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy for long term stays. You can cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund.
Long term stay cancellation policy
For bookings of 28 nights or more, the Long Term Stay Cancellation Policy applies:
- 48-hour free cancellation: Guests can cancel for free within 48 hours of booking, as long as the check-in date is at least 28 days away.
- Pre-trip cancellation: If a guest cancels more than 48 hours after booking and up to 28 days before check-in, they will pay 20% of the booking total.
- Late cancellation: If a guest cancels within 28 days of check-in, the first month is non-refundable.
