Is the property I book on the Internet the one I will get?

Yes. You are booking a specific property. The photos on our website are of the actual property you will be staying in.

How do I check-in to the property?

We will send you check-in instructions 3 days prior to your arrival. Most of our properties have keyless entry or a lockbox.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Is housekeeping included?

Your rental will be cleaned prior to your arrival. We do not provide daily housekeeping, but it can be arranged for an additional fee.

Will I have internet access?

Yes, all of our properties are equipped with high-speed WiFi.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, we provide fresh linens and towels for every stay.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes, our kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. We also provide a starter kit of paper towels, dish soap, and sponge.
