Info & Rules

Check in/Check out times: 11AM/4PM. We do not offer early check-in, late check-out or luggage storage. Your access code is disabled outside of your booked times. Please see this link (storage.1baz.com), for luggage storage.

Quiet Times: 10PM- 8AM (Mon-Thu), 12AM-9AM (Fri-Sun)

No marijuana or recreational drugs, no visitors, smoking allowed only in the backyard.

All guests must be 18+ and must have state identification.

As a vacation homestay, we do not accept bookings from residents of NJ or NY.

Parking: Please read and follow the city rules, as you may be ticketed and/or towed. We are not responsible.

Deliveries: Food deliveries are allowed, but we do not accept postal deliveries. Please use the locker services (examples, from Amazon, 7-11, etc..).

Bathroom and kitchen: Please clean after yourself. Please use the caddy to carry & keep toiletries and please use your designated cabinet to store your food items. Toiletries or food, outside of allowed areas (your room and your kitchen cabinet) will be discarded, to keep things organized.

Wifi: Network: istay@1baz Password; iconnect@1baz || We offer the strongest Wifi available in the area. Use of Torrent and file-sharing network will result in a breach of rules and expulsion.
