When you find the room of your choice you can either book the property online or call us at (877) 959-0074. When making your reservation we require a $300 payment to confirm your booking and this is applied towards your balance due. The remaining balance is processed 14 days prior to check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Checks are acceptable and must be in U.S. Funds and received 30 days prior to your arrival.
Check-in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am local time (EST).
All properties have keyless entry pads. When your balance is paid in full we will request a 4 digit code from you.
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. You will receive a reservation confirmation including directions and arrival instructions via email within minutes of making your reservation. Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each vacation rental. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied. Beach towels are not included so we recommend that you bring your own from home.
Yes, all of our properties are strictly Non-Smoking. But there is a designated area for smoking.
There is a $45 non-refundable Security Deposit and that will cover you and your guests up to $3000 in unintentional damages. It is essentially an insurance policy that we take out on you with CSA Travel Protection for the possibility of unintentional damages within the rental unit.
Although a housekeeping attendant comes before you arrive and after you leave to ensure the property is clean, you are responsible for leaving the property in the condition you received it in. You are renting some one's home and you should leave it the way you would want your own left. Excess cleaning, if needed, will be held from your security deposit.
Many of our properties offer high-speed internet service for your convenience. Due to the numerous different providers and the various ages and configurations of personal computers, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect. We will do our best to assist you.

NO PETS shall be allowed on the Premises. Your breach of this provision shall be considered material, and shall result in the termination of your tenancy forfeiture of all monies paid.
